Online classes you can relate to
The friendly space, smart instruction, and support you need to keep yourself moving.
Learn a smart approach that sets a good foundation.
Gain access to classes where each step feels within reach: no straining to touch your toes, or rattling through complicated sequences for the sake of it. Sensible instructions set you up for success, leading you to feel more competent in less time.
Build strength and mobility in fun and creative ways.
Commit to what works with less effort. An engaging online environment stops ‘exercise’ feeling like a chore. Classes you enjoy provide their own source of motivation: you’ll see progress when turning-up consistently becomes easy.
Do your own thing without needing to explain why.
Join a friendly community that doesn’t care how flexible you are, what time you get up in the morning, what you’re eating (or not eating). Class members take for granted that life happens, bodies are different, and bodies change: you’ll be supported where you are.
A space where your body is always welcome
It’s very difficult to progress in an environment where you feel judged by what your body looks like, and what it can and can’t do.
We learn best when we are given the opportunity to connect with our own experiences and make our own choices. I teach in a way that encourages you to do your own thing, while offering sensible guidance and support.
Class members say…
What do I know anyway?
I started practising yoga in 2002 when I still believed my body would only ever succeed in making me feel bad.
Fast-forward more than two decades, a lot of learning, and many mistakes; I teach yoga and movement to support your emotional wellbeing without wish-wash, and your physical health without fads. My classes, courses, blog posts, and bad jokes are all here to help get you moving more freely and easily.

“Some classes can be daunting as you feel you are entering a fashionable, trendy world, which is a bit exclusive, but your sessions are so warm and accessible, it has made a real difference to me continuing to practice.”
