Becci introduces lots of adaptations in the class, good for me with my various injuries! I still feel I have the opportunity to push myself a bit if I want to. Her online virtual library is good for when I don’t have time to do a full class—it’s really easy to sort by duration of recording or focus of the class (e.g. ‘spine’ or ‘neck’).

Weekly live classes

Members regularly move together online from across the UK and Europe. There are usually two classes a week on:

  • Mondays 6–7pm BST / 7–8pm CEST

  • Wednesdays 6–7:15pm BST / 7–8:15pm CEST

Exchange thoughts and ideas like we’re in the same room

To replicate that 'yoga class feeling' in an online environment, the virtual classroom remains open for up to 15 minutes after each live class. You can share that lightbulb moment, ask questions, and receive timely advice.

Wednesday’s live class begins with a semi-structured group chat. Not talkative? That’s fine. Participation is entirely optional.
